Since joining I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting engineering projects pushing the bounds of technical innovation within the AR and VR markets. What enjoy the most is the dynamic nature of the business and the technical challenges.
Balancing the aesthetic design and the innovate nature of adaptive optics is one of my key drivers.
Our new eyewear technologies push the boundaries of what adaptive optics can achieve for people with presbyopia. I work with great team of people to help pull together, solving tricky challenges and delivering true innovative products design.

Pension

After 3 months’ service you will be automatically enrolled to the pension scheme which is with AEGON. Adlens contribute 5% and you have the option to increase your contribution from 3% upwards.
